What areas do you serve? We currently service Colorado Springs including surrounding municipalities such as Manitou Springs and Fountain for all services including routine maintenance. Additionally, we offer services in the Denver Metro Area for one-time cleaning services only (excluding basic/standard cleaning). Cleanings that require 40+ miles of travel from OPC HQ with incur a $50 travel fee.
Do you deep clean carpets? We offer carpet cleaning as an Add-On service. Please note that this service is NOT professional-grade steam cleaning. We use a quality household carpet cleaner with the associated cleaning solution. If you require professional grade carpet cleaning service, we have recommendations we’ll refer you to.
How long do cleanings take? The time it takes to clean your home will vary based on the type of service and add-ons, the condition of the home, and the size of the home. Generally speaking, Deep and Move-In/Move-Out cleanings may take 8-10 hours, and Standard cleanings may take 2-4 hours. Some services may require a multi-day cleaning plan to be determined pending a formal walkthrough.
Do you offer one-time cleanings or recurring services? We offer both! Recurring services are available weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly.
Do you clean biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, or feces)? We absolutely do not, but we will refer you to a company that does.
Can I request specific tasks or rooms to focus on? Absolutely! We personalize your service in combination with our preset cleaning checklists; however, certain conditions will apply. For example, we do not clean marijuana apparatuses, firearms, or declutter hoarded areas.
Is Optimal Prime Cleaning LLC insured? Yes, we are!
Who will be cleaning my home? Right now the owner, Alyssa, is the primary cleaner with additional assistance as needed. However, we will be hiring cleaning technicians and additional support staff in 2027. BOLO for hiring alerts!
