Frequently Asked Questions

• What areas do you serve? We currently service Colorado Springs including surrounding municipalities such as Manitou Springs and Fountain, and we now offer services in Denver, CO and surrounding areas.

• Do you deep clean carpets? We do not currently specialize in carpet deep cleaning. If or when that changes, we’ll be sure to let you know!

• How long do cleanings take? The time it takes to clean your home will vary based on the type of service and add-ons, the condition of the home, and the size of the home. Generally speaking, Deep and Move-In/Move-Out cleanings may take 7-9 hours, and Standard cleanings may take 3-6 hours. Some services may require a multi-day cleaning plan.

• Do you offer one-time cleanings or recurring services? We offer both! Recurring services are available bi-weekly and monthly. Weekly for business location cleaning.

• Do you clean biohazards (blood, bodily fluids, or feces)? We do not, but we will refer to you someone who does.

• Can I request specific tasks or rooms to focus on? Absolutely! We will be happy to personalize your service; however, certain conditions will apply. For example, we do not clean marijuana apparatuses, firearms, or declutter hoarded areas.

• Is Optimal Prime Cleaning LLC insured? Yes, we are!

• Who will be cleaning my home? I will! Me, Alyssa. I am the Primary Cleaner and expect to be cleaning 100% of the time; however, I have a secondary cleaner who will assist me as needed. The secondary cleaner is trusted, insured, and happy to make your home glisten!
